How to schedule meetings

With Webtop.com, you can easily schedule meetings that suit your needs. Learn how to work with them in this guide.

In this article:

Webtop.com users can schedule one-time/non recurring meetings or set a serie of meetings/recurring meetings. We support inviting users by email. All users will receive an email invitation to the meeting with the iCalendar (iCal)
This option is available if you enabled the Communicate feature package

How to schedule a meeting:

1) Open the Webtop.com app

2) Navigate to the Meetings -> click the Schedule a meeting button

3) Enter  meeting's topic and description. Adjust a start date and time. Add invitees. Select the Does not repeat option if you want to schedule the non recurring meeting. Click the Save button to set the meeting

4) If you want to schedule a recurring meeting, select the Custom option

5) Adjust your recurring meeting recurrence and set the settings when this series should end (if required). Click the Save button to change the recurrence settings

6) Click the Save button to save this series of meetings

 7) You can download the iCal file to import this to your calendar app. Copy the meeting link if you want to share/invite someone in your workspace directly

8) You can access your scheduled meetings by navigating to the Meetings  -> Scheduled

How to schedule meetings on a mobile device:

1) Open the Webtop.com app

2) Tap the Expand menu button

3) Tap the Meetings button on the left side panel

4)Tap the Schedule button

5) Adjust your scheduled meeting settings, select the Does not repeat option for one-time meeting or the Custom option if you want to set  a serie of meetings and tap the Save button when you ready to set this meeting

6) After you adjusted a scheduled meeting, scroll down, choose the Does not repeat option for one-time meeting or the Custom option if you want to set  a series of meetings. Choose teammates you want to invite and tap the Save button when you ready to set this meeting

7) To access or edit scheduled meetings, navigate to Meetings  -> Scheduled tab
