How to edit scheduled meetings

You now have the flexibility to make changes to your scheduled meetings anytime. Whether you need to adjust one meeting in a series or the whole group of meetings, it's easy to do with our platform
The scheduled meeting feature is available of you enabled the Communicate feature package

How to edit scheduled meetings:

1) Open the Webtop.com app

2) Navigate to the Meetings -> navigate to to your meetings' list by clicking the Scheduled tab

3) Click the 3 dots button -> select Edit option in the drop-down menu

4) Alternatively, click the meeting you want to edit -> click the Edit meeting button in the information menu

5) If you are editing a one-time meeting, adjust the settings -> click the Save button when you are ready

6) If you are editing a recurring meeting, you will be offered to select an option Update only this (apply changes to only selected meeting), This and following, or Update all (all meetings in the series will be edited)

7) You can also delete meetings from this menu by clicking Delete meeting button. If you are deleting a recurring meeting, you will be offered to delete only selected meeting, selected and all after it, or all meeting in the series

How to edit scheduled meeting on a mobile device:

1) Open the Webtop.com app

2) Tap the Expand menu button

3) Navigate to Meetings -> Scheduled tab

4) Tap the 3 dots button -> tap the Edit button in the drop-down menu

5) If you are editing the one-time meeting, make the necessary changes -> tap the Save button. If you are editing the recurring meeting, you will be offered to select an option Update only this (apply changes to only chosen meeting), This and following or Update all (all meetings in the series will be edited)

6) You can also delete meeting by clicking the Delete meeting button.  If you are deleting a recurring meeting, you will be offered to delete only selected meeting, this and following or all meeting in the series
